Multiple Uses
Bought this to give the night before a show, didn't realize I needed another tube for the morning but I got another brand at the show and together they seemed to work fine.

Works well for my OTTB gelding
My gelding can get tense and unfocused during our tests. Sane and Sound has helped us so much! While he isn't 100% relaxed and perfect he is remarkably better and our scores have improved dramatically. At shows I feel like I'm riding the horse I have at home instead of a pogo stick.

Didn’t work on two of my horses
I bought this product and used it as the directions say on two of my mares that are anxious at shows and it did absolutely nothing. It was recommended by others to me but it definitely didn’t even take the edge off my horses. Since purchasing it, i have been told it only works if you do double tubes and not follow the directions. Just too much money for no effects.

Great support throughout the weekend
I’ve used this for two weekend long shows; the mare I show is normally very anxious and gets slightly runny poo. Using the Sane and Sound kept her calm the whole weekend, along with the gut support! No upset tummy!

Did not work for our 4 year old Warmblood.
I bought this product in preparation for a horse show this past weekend. We have a young, inexperienced horse and he is very nervous in new surroundings. I thought this would help take the edge off but it did not help at all. I have spoken to many people who have used one form of this or another and the general consensus is it works for some horses and not others. It is also very thick and I found it extremely difficult to administer with one hand while holding him with the other.

Worth the money!
Best purchase I've made in a long time! My show hunter tends to get a little fresh and silly at shows. I would spend my mornings riding him "down" or lunging him so he wouldn't be playful in the show ring. I purchased two tubes of Prefect Prep Sane & Sound and followed the instructions - one tube the night prior to an event and the other tube the morning of. My horse was very calm, relaxed, and ready to compete with very little prep. I also like that it has gastric support already in the paste. This has become a staple in my routine. It was easy to give although its a very odd green color, looks like baby food.

It really works!!
Perfect Prep products are about the only thing on the market that has worked for me. I find this Sane & Sound version especially attractive and convenient because you cover all your bases in 1 tube/application. I also found it a little easier to administer than some of the other versions because there's not as much volume, so it's easier to get it all in your horse's mouth before he/she decides to start spitting it out.
