Rated 1 out of 5 by Frustrated from Does Not Hold Up..Poorly Made I bought this in the fall, finally got to using it under my horses winter blanket for warmth...it didn't last one week before the velcro under the jaw was completely gone, next thing I know, the fabric had ripped and was now ruined. For being a "tough-one" product, it is NOT tough. What it IS, is a total waste of money.

Rated 3 out of 5 by mollybrooke22 from Worked good for my mare I bought this recently after my mares beautiful mane was torn out by a blanket, I decided to try this brand since I had good luck with their shoulder guards. I bought a large for my 15.2 Hanoverian mare who has large shoulders and a decent neck. It all fit well other than it was right on her face but has since stretched a bit, it was very easy to put on and so far has worked good other that the sticking is ripping which concerns me about how long it will last.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Quizo from Great for the price I bought two of these in medium for a show. One was a 14.3hh pony, and the other was a 15hh morgan horse who’s build very upheaded. They both fit great. If the horses were a bit bigger I would have wanted to size up, as they were at their upper limit. They’re like a regular Lycra hood, one of the horses ripped it by rubbing, but that’s kind of unavoidable. Easy to put on and take off without removing the halter.

Rated 2 out of 5 by clynnm from Not my favorite I bought this to use at shows for braiding. I have a 15.1 hand horse and the medium was way too small. It didn’t fit through the chest, neck, or head. It would have fit a medium sized pony. I also didn’t like that it was Velcro around the belly. I purchased the slightly more expensive hoodie and the medium fit much better and felt more durable!
