Rated 1 out of 5 by Emily from Cheap and small These are very different than what I was expecting. I thought these would be comparable to Dover's similar sport boot and they are not. These are flexible, thin, and bendy and do not hold their own shape well which is a red flag for me in terms of protective boots. The lining feels cheap and almost slippery which is concerning for a sport boot. I also thought they ran very small - I bought a Large and had to check the tag to see if they had accidentally shipped a Medium. Do not recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Shannon from Great value I got these a month ago in white - medium for fronts and XL for hinds (for a 17 HH Warmblood) I could possibly use a Large for the fronts . They are a great value for the money, I wash them all the time because they are white and they look super after a month of using every day.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Krose from Nice boots, Runs large. I haven't ridden in them enough to tell how they'll hold up but they seem to be nice boots. They look good and will do the job. Feels a bit flimsy, so I'm apprehensive that they'll last super long. They run a bit large as well. My horse usually wears medium and these are big, but they work.

She's a dainty, rather prissy thing so I figured I could get away with buying faux leather. Medium fits her well (she's 15.1H). Took her a few rides to get used to them (picture "Kitten mittens"), but they do seem to help protect her hind legs from brushing (at least, I feel less hind end "tripping.")

Rated 2 out of 5 by Alexis from Cheap Quality Boot This boot seems very cheap and poor quality. I will probably get less than a year out of them. I think they will do its purpose, but fall apart over time with regular use. I also own the Dover Sport Boots that are the comparable to this boot, but it is far superior. I'll report back in a few months if this boot surprises me, but I doubt it will. Such a shame because they are so affordable.

Rated 4 out of 5 by LonzGirl from Great boot I do like most SmartPak brand items. These are no different; they fit great and wash up very well. We have had a pair of large front for several years, but they have been too big. So I bought the mediums hoping for a better fit; & while smaller, the ends still overlap a little (which is what the large did) - tho when I tried a barn mate's boots for fit, those mediums fit perfect (a different brand). I was hoping for more of a size difference; guess horse has small front legs, or the SmartPak brand sizes are not the exact same as national brands. None-the-less, a great book for a great price. Through all the washes, stitching holds up as well as velcro.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Freyagirl from Durable, wonderful boots I bought these almost a year ago and have used them on 2 different horses throughout the year, riding 3-5 days a week consistently. They have held up super well through that and survived quite a few runs in the washing machine - they are just now starting to break down at the seams. For the price, I was surprised by how well they lasted! They fit my horse well, don’t slip or cause rubs, and are easy to clean! Have already bought another set to replace the previous because they are well worth it.

My mare NEEDS boots on her hinds and I could tell right out of the packaging that these would not hold up to daily use for long. May be fine for horses that don’t interfere much. I’ll just keep using the woofs and cold hosing afterwards on hot days.

Rated 5 out of 5 by terrypaint from Great for turnout I bought these boots because the expensive "breathable" ones were making my horse sweat. These are an inexpensive solution to turnout for a horse that rarely, but has been known to, brush his splint bone in turnout.
