Not bad
Our halflinger eats the pellets just fine. They are simple to add to feed. I don't think they work as good as another brand we did but these do work and are half the price. The packs are so easy that when the husband feeds even he has no problem with instructions.

did not expect to see results this fast!
I did not expect to see results this quickly but within days of starting the Metabolean, my overweight donkey with chronic laminitis totally perked up. He was moving so much better and had significantly more energy and was even willing to trot around with me. Idk why it took me so long but my donkey is staying on this supplement!

Great results!
Really pleased with this supplement! I have a Haflinger and a PaintxTB both on this product and they are looking fantastic even in the summer while on a very controlled diet of pasture grass. I think even my other two horses (a TB and Appendix/draft cross) would benefit from being on this too, however the only thing preventing me from doing so is that it's on the pricy side already for 2 horses. But I'm very pleased with how those two are doing, and hoping this supplement will only need to be fed seasonally.

Two horses on this supplement for several months
And did not notice enough difference to continue.
Probably would need bloodwork to prove effectiveness.
Upon starting both horses were slow to finish but after
A couple weeks no problem. I did leave the bag open to air out.

Stopped my mare from shedding.
My horse has been on this supplement for 3 months now. It's June and she still hasn't shedded out .
She was shedding like crazy before I put her on Smart Metabo-lean then she stopped. I would not recommend
this product.

Great product for chunky horses
Quite pleased with this product! Use it on a 27 years old APHA gelding with cushings diagnosis. He helped him not look so cresty - less doughy looking sheath, etc.
along with prascend & a diet changes - I am very happy!

Wonderful product
I started two of my horses on this about 2 months ago both were struggling to get and keep their insulin down. Insulinwise did not help these guys. 2 months in and my pony’s insulin is the lowest it’s been in two years it was hanging out in the 70s and I’d now 32 ! The other horse was creeping slowing and is now down to 37 . These pellets are only changed I made so I’m extremely happy with the results and product. The horse is a picky eater and has no issues eats it right up in grain or out of your hand !

Didn’t work for my mare
My mare has been on this for quite a while now, and I honestly haven’t seen any difference. She has been moved to a dry lot situation with carefully monitored hay rations, and is on a low NSC ration. Her weight has not changed at all being on this supplement versus just putting her in a dry lot. My mare is a pretty picky eater, and she did eat this supplement well. I had hoped it would help her with her weight, but alas, it hasn’t worked for her.

My horse would not eat this
My horse is not a picky eater and will eat almost anything. However, she would not eat this at all. Took one bite, spit it out and would not take any more bites.
