Is your horse a mud magnet? Mud Defender is a tasty, cost-effective formula designed to help support a normal defense to mud dwelling bacteria. This skin and coat health formula is rich in fatty acids that support skin health as well as a normal response to inflammation. In addition to cooked linseed meal, it contains other key ingredients such as garlic, kelp, calendula flowers, Echinacea root, and licorice root to help maintain the skin’s defenses to wet and muddy conditions.
  • Provides fatty acids to help support the skin’s cellular structure and integrity
  • Also contains ingredients that help maintain a normal resistance to mud dwelling bacteria

Up to 12.2 HH: 1 scoop daily
13.2 HH - 14.2 HH: 2 scoops daily 
14.2 HH - 15.2 HH: 3 scoops daily
15.2 HH - 16.2 HH: 4 scoops daily
16.2 HH and above: 4 - 5 scoops daily

Mud Defender should be added to normal feed on a daily basis with the recommended amount being split between two feeds. Introduce gradually as with any new feed or supplement and build up to the maximum amount for your horse or pony's height over a period of several days. Allow 3-4 weeks for the herbs to be completely absorbed by the animal's system.
