Live equine-sourced microbial probiotic

The horse’s gastrointestinal tract is easily imbalanced by stress, disease, diet, environment, or training. EquiOtic™ supports a healthy GI tract by helping regulate the surface bacteria with equine sourced Lactobacillus reuteri that is cultured from the horse.

Ingredients: Diatomaceous earth, active dried yeast (Saccharomyces erevisiae), silicon dioxide, dried Lactobacillus reuteri fermentation product.

Store in a cool, dry place.

Instructions

1 packet orally per horse per day. Open packet at the time of feeding and top dress onto feed. Can also mix packet with water or applesauce and syringe into horses mouth.

I started him on EquiOtic, twice a day, and I saw a difference in 5 days! After 2 weeks it is almost normal consistency. I did my research, chose this product and I am very happy with it!

EquiOtic helps to keep their stomachs comfortable during travel and while at events. One of my horses had extreme ulcers which were treated and then we continued to maintain a healthy gut by having him on EquiOtic packets. After about 2 years of being on EquiOtic, we scoped him again and there were no ulcers! I truly believe that EquiOtic is the reason his gut has stayed healthy while still actively trailering and competing regularly. I highly recommend this product!

After many conversations/exams with the vet and even prescription medication to see if we could clear up the runny manure, I decided to try this probiotic - and I am so happy I did. Don't question if this will work - purchase it! I am so grateful my boy can be comfortable and not have any manure stains on his legs. I even started my older mare on this after the wonders it did for my gelding.

My vet prescribed a course of metronidazole which immediately cleared up the problem but the problem came back. Started another course but added a daily dose of EquiOtic which he recommended. No problems for over 4 months.
