If you already have a registered barn address in your account, you are eligible for Barn Saver Shipping. Select the Free Barn Saver Shipping option when you're checking out, and your order will automatically ship free on your Barn Saver Shipping Day.

If you don't have a registered barn address in your account, you will need to add an existing commercial barn to your account, or create a new one in order to qualify for Free Barn Saver Shipping. Go to your Address Book, scroll down to "Add a new address" and click the box that reads "This is a commercial barn" (required). After this is saved, your barn address will automatically be assigned a Free Barn Saver Shipping Day.

Any barn that is run as a business (e.g. with boarded horses, documented income, taxes paid, etc).

If you already have a registered barn address in your account, you can find your Free Barn Saver Shipping Day listed in your Address Book. Just scroll down to your barn address (it should have this little red barn icon next to it: ), and the Barn Saver Shipping day will be listed right above the barn address.

If you don't have a registered barn address in your account, you can add one today. Go to your Address Book, scroll down to "Add a new address" and click the box that reads "This is a commercial barn" and enter the address information. Once the barn is added to your Address Book, the Barn Saver Shipping day will be listed as described above.

Start by adding your items to your Cart like you normally do. During checkout, update your shipping address by selecting your barn address from your address book. Then choose the option that starts with "Ship FREE to your barn on...", then continue through the checkout process as you normally would.

Every item we carry is eligible for Free Barn Saver Shipping, and there's no minimum or maximum order limit. You can add a saddle pad this week, a tack trunk next week and your horse's SmartPaks the week after that — as long as they ship to your barn on your Free Barn Saver Shipping Day, they'll ship free!

In order to make sure that the Free Barn Saver Shipping is convenient for everyone in the barn, only the Barn Owner or Manager can adjust the Free Barn Saver Shipping Day. If you'd like to have your day changed, please have your Barn Owner or Manager contact us and we'll be happy to find a day that best suits your schedule.

If you're part of a large commercial barn, your order may be shipped in the same box as other customer's orders. All orders will be listed on the outside of the box, with the customer name and horse name (if a SmartPak) or customer name and 'me' (if something other than a SmartPak.)

Each individual item inside the box will have a sticker with the customer's name on the item, so rest assured, whomever opens the box can tell which item(s) belong to you!
