Rated 4 out of 5 by LC11 from Sizing is an issue I bought a 52" and it measured 51" - too small. I exchanged it for another 52" after talking to Smartpak rep. Same issue with second one so I returned it and ordered a 54". The 54" actually measures 53", so it will work but clearly there is a quality control issue here. Also, the buckles are cheap compared to my other girths and I question how long they will last. The softness of the memory foam and rest of the girth quality is good. Strongly consider ordering a size up as three girths were an inch shorter than marked. If the buckles fail, I may consider getting the buckles replaced as the rest of the girth is good quality.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Highwinds from Length not accurate I’ve purchased a lot of girths running and managing a boarding farm for 25 years and I’ve never had one not be the stated length. I purchased this girth in a 48” and another in the same length at the same time. I just happened to have them next to each other and saw the difference. The other girth is exactly 48”. I like the comfort factor of this girth but when I order a particular size, that’s what I expect to receive. I’m returning this.

She hates the leather girths I've tried, the sheepskin covers do slightly better but still don't please her so finally I bought this to try. I've had this for a few months and had no problems with it. It is super squishy and doesn't pinch her. It stretches slightly so gives to her a bit when riding but doesn't let the saddle slip.
