Good quality for the price, runs small
Good quality for the price, but runs small. My horse is a 72-75 in blankets, the 75 is a little small for her.

Stitching needs work
I bought this quarter sheet two winters ago but have only used it when it is super cold so not regularly at all. The stitching across the top completely ripped apart at the main seam - which you would think would be reinforced for the movement when the horse is wearing it and working. Surprised because I love the quality of most smartpak items!

Great Quality! Great Price!
I use this all the time to keep my boy, Lucky, from being too fresh on chilly breezy days. He doesn't mind it a bit and it was a great add to his winter wardrobe. I just had him body clipped, and it keeps him warm while we are working. It is easy on/off. The tail loop keeps the SmartPak Classic Fleece Quarter Sheet secure even when loping around. Lucky stayed warm without getting overheated. This is really nice for an amazing price. There is no worry about it piling up and looking worn. The fabric a very soft, high quality material. I alternate between just covering the horse and using it to keep my legs warm

Sizing is off
I bought this against my better judgement due to the complaints of other reviewers about sizing. I sized up to a 78 to try and make sure it would fit my 14.2 H 900 lb fjord who is not very drafty and usually wears between a 72-75 sheet or blanket. The quarter sheet was nice enough, but it barely fit over his rear end and the space for the saddle was huge, so it just didn't work. I am returning it.

Warm and toasty at a great value!
I bought this for my large warm blood mare who wears an 81/82 in most things- I borrowed this exact sheet in an 81 from a barn mate and we decided to size up for proper fit and coverage. If you have a larger, fuller figured horse make sure to size up! :) We love it and it keeps us toasty on our cold winter work nights.

It shrunk!
Bought this in Nov 2020Really nice color. Fit well. Didn't need it all winter! Used it a couple times last year. Washed it. This year it looks like a size or more too small. All the clothes my horse owns are Smartpak and size 75. Fleeces have been washed numerous times without shrinkage. Double checked that I had the right size. Yep. Not any more...

Nice quality 1/4 sheet!
I ride an older OTTB and when it gets cold, it takes a long time to warm up and he can be quite cranky about it :) With this sheet on he seems much happier and also quicker to warm up. Love it!

Nice Quality!
So far this quarter sheet is working well and my horse seems to like it! I do have a monoflap saddle which makes attaching this quarter sheet a little difficult, but I have worn it a couple different ways without problems. I either put it under my saddle completely and roll it up behind my saddle once warm, or I use it between my saddle and my legs (not over my legs for safety). The velcro is strong and I've had no issues with static! Great quality for the price.

Careful on the Sizing
Nice quarter sheet. It runs small. My winter blanket is a 72 so I thought a 72 quarter sheet would fit. I ended up sending it back and ordering a 78 quarter sheet which fits very well.

Sizing is weird
Bought this A while back and it was too short so I ordered up 2 sizes. It’s not any more fabric just the hole is bigger so it’s still doesn’t cover my horses butt. It should be be more fabric and smaller hole. Unless you need to fit it over a western saddle, the hole is too big
