Received an open boxed item/returned
I just got my order. Was very upset to find that I received an open boxed or returned item. It looks like the item was used as well. For the price I am paying, I expect it to not be an open boxed/returned item and from the manufacturer.
Will be reaching out to customer service tomorrow.

Favorite Stirrups
This are by far the best stirrups I've ever used. This stirrups are light, have a great grip, and are extremely comfortable.

Best stirrups ever
I used to use MDC stirrups but didn’t love them as much as most people do. I decided to upgrade to these and I’m so glad I did. They are worth every penny. No knee pain and they are so comfortable.

Barn Favorite!
Most all people at our barn have these and we can see why! They're just so much better than any other brand. Especially for Eventing, when your stirrups get wet most of them become slippery. This brand does not though! The wide foot and spikes are great and do the job of keeping your foot in. Would never buy another brand.

Best irons I've ever ridden in
I love these. Wide footbed, lots of "spikes" in the footbed to hold your boot securely. They never move on your foot. You hardly notice them, which for me is a big plus.
Here's what you should know, though. They won't stay up on your leathers, so you will have to rig up a system for this. I use a safety air vest, so I use part of that system to keep them run up and out of the way. Some people I've seen put a loop of twine or a hair tie on their saddle to hold the irons. It's not a big deal, just different.
My daughter originally bought me the Free Jump Soft'Up regular irons. I liked them, but they were too small (narrow) for my boot (size 9 medium; SmartPak's website says they are good up to size 8.5). Whenever I dismounted they would stay on my foot as I swung it over the saddle and I'd have to remove my foot from the stirrup manually. This didn't seem safe, especially for a so-called safety stirrup. So I exchanged them for the Soft'Up Pro, which is 1/2 inch wider, and these work for me. Unfortunately they are also about $150 more, but that is the only downside I can think of. Oh, also, hard core fillis iron purists won't like them, and you probably can't use them in the hunter ring. I ride jumpers, so no issue there. They seem sturdy and durable, but I've only ridden in them for a month.
