Item Availability & Estimated Arrival Times
You may notice that some of the arrival dates listed in your order details might vary from the estimated shipping times on the map above. There are a few different reasons that might happen, and we’ve explained each one here:
- In-stock items: All in-stock items ship out as soon as we're done processing your order. Because we have multiple warehouses in different locations throughout the country, most items should arrive super fast, but every now and then an item may show longer shipping times if it's only available in a warehouse that's far from your shipping destination.
- SmartPaks: All SmartPaks are custom made in and shipped from our Plymouth, MA headquarters. While your first order may take a few extra days to arrive, we think a healthy horse is worth waiting for!
- PortionPaks: All PortionPaks are custom made in and shipped from our Plymouth, MA headquarters. While your first order may take a few extra days to arrive, we think a happy dog is worth waiting for!
- Out of stock items: We do our best to estimate when your item will be back in stock, and we'll notify you if that date changes. Once your item is in stock, we'll ship it out right away!
- Drop ship items: If your item is shipping directly from the manufacturer, we'll process your order right away, but you should rely on the estimated shipping time shown in your cart.
- Customized Items: All customized items are personalized in our Plymouth, MA facility. The complexity of the order, seasonal demand, and your delivery location may impact shipping times.

Expedited shipping is available for all in stock items. Expedited shipping may be available for items that are on backorder when they are received by us. For more information on this, please call us. Your expedited order may be shipped by UPS. Prices are figured using the current UPS rate based on the weight of the order. Orders placed by 1 pm EST Monday - Friday will be shipped out the same day, pending credit card authorization. Any order placed after 1 pm EST Monday - Friday will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed over a weekend will be shipped the following business day. Delivery times do not include weekend days or holidays. Saturday deliveries are available in some areas for an increased shipping charge with Next Day Air shipping only. If interested in a Saturday delivery, please contact us at . All other expedited shipping methods can be selected on our website.
For all expedited deliveries UPS is responsible for delivering the package on time. Certain circumstances can arise where UPS is unable to deliver expedites on time due to weather, remoteness of location, etc. All efforts will be made by SmartPak to ensure that packages arrive on time as ordered, but we cannot guarantee that UPS will always act accordingly. In particular, orders indicated for Saturday delivery cannot be guaranteed. However, if a UPS expedited delivery fails to arrive on time as ordered, SmartPak will refund the additional shipping charges incurred.

All orders are shipped within one business day (no orders are shipped on Saturday or Sunday so any order placed after 1 pm EST on Friday will ship on Monday). Shipping times depend on your location and the delivery method selected. For estimated ground shipping times, please consult the map above. To track an order that's already in transit, click on "Your Account" in the upper right hand corner of the website, then select "Order History." Here you can see all your previous orders, and on the left hand side of the screen, next to each order, you have the option to "Track this order".
Currently we are unable to ship anywhere outside of the United States. We're working on making international shipping a possibility in the future, and we hope that you will continue to check in with us.
Use our quick and easy checkout process to complete separate orders to ship to multiple addresses! After completing the order for your first shipment, add the items to your cart for your second shipment and click the "Checkout Now" button. You’ll be brought to the Order Review page, where you can click "Edit Shipping Address" to select a different shipping address and/or enter a new shipping address.
When you're setting up the shipping address for your lucky recipient, just check the "This is a gift" box and you will be prompted to enter a custom gift message. Any group of items marked as a gift will not have any pricing information displayed on the packing slips.
AutoShip Orders
Putting your horse's supplements on AutoShip helps you take great care of your horse, so we take great care of you with SmartPerks! When you order your horse's supplements on AutoShip, you're automatically* eligible for our FREE SmartPerks benefits, including free ground shipping on just about anything you want, whenever you want it. The few add-on items we have can be shipped free by syncing them with your supplement on AutoShip, shipping on a Barn Saver Shipping day, or by having a group of add-on items that total over $75. Part of the peace of mind that comes with SmartPaks is knowing that you'll never run out. You'll receive a new supply of SmartPaks every 28 days so your horse or dog will always have fresh, accurately dosed supplements. Because it takes time to carefully build your horse's custom SmartPaks, we bill your account 2 business days in advance of your shipping date to guarantee on-time delivery. Your supplements are now on cruise control, but you're still at the wheel! You can adjust your shipments anytime before the change-by date printed on your packing slip. If you lose the slip, don't worry - we'll also email you a reminder every month.
Need to delay your SmartPaks for awhile or have them ship right away? No problem! Start by clicking on the "Your Account" link in the upper right hand corner of the website. Next click on AutoShip Manager. On the left hand side of the screen there is an option to "Change ship date" for each auto-ship order. Clicking on that will prompt a pop-up that will walk you through changing your next ship date.
You can always add additional items to ship free along with your AutoShip order, whether it's a one time order of a new bridle or AutoShip SmartPaks for a new horse. Add the desired items to your cart, then click "Checkout Now," which will take you to the Shipping page. Once on this page, start by selecting the address where you'd like the items to go, then select the ship method. To ship together, choose the option that says "Ship FREE with your order on ________," continue through checkout and you're all set!
You can update your shipping address at any time by accessing "Your Account" in the upper right hand corner of the website and then clicking on the AutoShip Manager. From here choose "Change shipping address." On the next screen you can select from existing addresses by clicking on "Use this Address" or you can add a new address. Once the page refreshes, you'll see the new address listed below the order and you're done! For orders on AutoShip, make sure that you change the address before the Change-by Date listed under the SmartPak name. You can find the Change-by Date listed below the shipping/delivery dates, under the SmartPak name.
