    • "You've gotta be nice to people on your way up... because you're going to meet them again on the way down."

  • What's your favorite advice to give to young riders?

    • "If you really want to do this sport, you've got to give yourself entirely to it. For some riders that might mean going for it directly out of high school and getting in barns and in saddles every day."
  • We know you've had a lot of incredible horses over the years. Are there any that have really stuck out to you and why?

    • "My first pony Willy Do It really got me started with my debut in Eventing, and I'll never forget that little guy. After that, having the ride on True Blue Toozac and winning the Adelaide 5* as a 23 year-old really put me on the international map. And then coming to America with Ying Yang Yo and Neville Bardos will always be something I remember, those two unbelievable Thoroughbreds got me started here in America."
