Meet Leigh C. and Stormy

Stormy is 26, completely blind and had a history of neglect; she ended up being rehabilitated at the amazing Save A Forgotten Equine rescue in Redmond, WA. When I adopted her, I noticed Stormy had a hard time finding her balance due to discomfort and being out of practice using the side where she's missing an eye.

Alongside lots of stretching and balance exercises to build strength, SmartFlex Senior has given Stormy newfound flexibility and comfort. She's more willing during work, her hind end stiffness has subsided, and she's much more resilient. Here's hoping for many more years of easy rides, trail walks and trot poles for this sweet marshmallow mare.
